Theme: Collective C2 in Multinational Civil-Military Operations
The theme for the 16th International Command and Control Research and Technology Symposium is “Collective C2 in Multinational Civil-Military Operations.” Since the first ICCRTS in 1995, extensive changes have occurred in the international environment, in the nature of threats to national security, in the missions undertaken to protect our security, in the technologies available to support our endeavors, and in the ways the functions associated with command and control are carried out. This year’s symposium will explore the C2-related responses to these changes and challenges.
New Track Added: Cyberspace Management
A new track has been created on the topic of Cyberspace Management. The deadline for submitting abstracts on this topic has been extended to December 6, 2010. Invitations to submit formal draft papers on Cyberspace Management will be sent out by December 16, 2010. The deadline for authors to submit formal draft papers and all subsequent deadlines for this track will fall in line with original dates listed below.
Key Dates

- Submit your abstract by October 25, 2010
- You will receive an invitation to submit a formal draft paper by December 3, 2010
- Your formal draft paper must be submitted by January 31, 2011
- You will receive CCRP reviewer comments by March 25, 2011
- Your final revised paper must be submitted by May 2, 2011
- Your final presentation must be submitted by June 6, 2011
