A joint publication of AFCEA and the National Defense University, this collection of papers from their various symposia held in 1987 is focused specifically on addressing operational issues in C2. Sixteen papers deal with topics from theory to simulation, from uncertainty and data distribution to decision making and measures of effectiveness and performance. Each paper ha s a limited list of references, and a section of authors' biographies is included.
